ATTORNEY A person admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and authorized to perform criminal and civil legal functions on behalf of clients. These functions include providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and representing clients before courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals.
This member group contains any character that owns their own company, is hired in a company or is member of the District Attorney's Office. All are able to defend and oppose in trials.
LAW A body of rules of conduct of binding legal force and effect, prescribed, recognized, and enforced by controlling authority.
This member group contains any character that practices law. These include detectives, judges and federal agents.
BUSINESS A business (also known as enterprise or firm) is an organization engaged in the trade of goods, services, or both to consumers. Businesses are predominant in capitalist economies, where most of them are privately owned and administered to earn profit to increase the wealth of their owners.
This member group contains anyone that owns a big business/corporation or is part of a business/corporation. People that are part of small businesses are not included in this.
CIVILIAN A person following the pursuits of civil life, especially one who is not an active member of the military, the police, or a belligerent group.
This member group contains anyone that doesn't fit into the groups above.
